YOGA FOR ARTHRITIS - Chair Yoga
Day: Wednesdays (June 12-August 7)
Linda Kirk is leading an 8 week Yoga for Arthritis chair yoga class we practice traditional yoga, but modify and tailor the poses to fit individual needs. This approach offers variations, adjustment and props making every pose accessible to every student. We’ll also use breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques to enhance the overall effect on and off the mat. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, anyone with arthritis can benefit.
