CORE STRENGTH YOGA
Time: 8-9 AM
Dolores Natividad teaches Core Strength Yoga every Friday. Within this class, there is gentle mobility warm ups, 30 minutes of strength exercises using free weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, stability balls, and rollers. Yoga poses, breathing, and deep relaxation will be interwoven as stress and pain management tools.
Dolores Natividad is an exercise physiologist and yoga therapist. She is currently working with hospital patients providing Yoga Arthritic Relief under the founder of Yoga for Arthritis Dr. Steffany Moonaz in a research study in NYC. As a MELT Method Fascia specialist, she incorporates these tools as part of her Yoga Therapy Tool Kit to provide her students with the latest science, stress reduction, and pain relief.
