Class Description: 60 minutes of breath practice, gentle asana and deep relaxation, will be taught under the insightful stylings of senior Y4A instructors.
Chair and standing asana are at the core exploration. Don't be afraid to ask questions; postures are "designed" to accommodate the ability of the student.
