Class Description: Online – Open to all (Sponsored by Friends of the North Castle Public Library). Using a stationary chair you move through yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation to strengthen, increase flexibility and promote healing.
About Teacher: Alka has been a dedicated student of yoga for the last 15 years, during which she's became a certified teacher in multiple areas. She practices several styles of energy healing and received certification in Reiki 9 years ago. Alka use various types of meditation (breathe, mantra, mindfulness) that she's learned starting at an early age. Alka is a forever a student of life and always practicing to be the best person she can be.
