Class Description: Online – Integrated Accessible Yoga focuses on how to make the ancient Science of Yoga teachings available to all, regardless of their level of physical ability and in a trauma informed way. Variations are offered at many levels. Acquire Pain and Stress Management tools while practicing joint friendly movements to strengthen and stretch to support health and healing.No experience is necessary.
Dolores Natividad is an Exercise Physiologist and Yoga Therapist. She is currently working online with Self Help Community as a Wellness Provider and Liaison to Wellness Providers.
As a MELT Method Fascial specialist, she incorporates these tools as part of her Yoga Therapy Tool Kit to provide her students with the latest science, stress reduction and pain relief.
