Class Description: Gentle yoga, to relieve AS pain, inflammation and stiffness . Suitable for all levels, modified to your needs. Breathing, Yoga poses and relaxation. 1 hour class, check in up to 15 minutes before. You will need a chair, pillows, blankets and space the size of a single bed. Time to chat after class with teacher and fellow students from your class. Before you practice we advise you seek the advice of your Rheumatologist Physiotherapist or Doctor.
