“I came to enroll in this class by recommendation from a fellow yoga teacher who raved about the program. It provides an evidence based, tactical and safe approach to expand your awareness about teaching yoga to those with arthritis. I left the class inspired and enthused. The professional written and electronic materials provided will serve me well as a resource to reinforce knowledge and skills learned.” Susan, Level I Student
