Take An In Person Class With A Trained Yoga For Arthritis Teacher

Class Description: The foundation of class is low impact yoga, and will include some other exercises, movements and functional skills from other movement disciplines. All classes include postures/exercises for flexibility, strength, mobility and balance, breath work for regulating the nervous system and promoting relaxation, and guided mindfulness/meditation practices. All classes are adaptable for all bodies and abilities. My yoga classes have a therapeutic approach, provide many options to try, use props, and progressively build skills.

Location: In person British Columbia, Canada; Mondays at Horsefly Hall

Instructor Bio: Tammy is a certified teacher and has practiced yoga since 1993. Passionate about health and wellness she is an Advanced Teacher in Therapeutic Yoga (500 hrs) completing training in therapeutic yoga for back care, shoulders, hips, knees, chronic pain, pelvic health, chair yoga, Yoga for Arthritis Level 1, Yin, Restorative yoga, ELDOA & is a certified masseuse.
