Chair Yoga with Melanie


No need to leave your house. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. This class will help with flexibility, improve muscle tone, and builds balance to help prevent falls.  

This class is fun and relaxing. All body types are welcome.
