Self-Paced Online 8 Week Meditation Course

For the first time ever, join us for a meditation course. This course is designed to online and can be completely online but is designed to have a class a week. Anyone & everyone is welcome, no matter your diagnosis or limitations.

Each week we explore a different approach to meditation. By the end of the 8 weeks, you will have developed a daily meditation practice and will have the knowledge and skills necessary to continue on your own. Weather you are a beginner or have experience meditating, this course will offer a variety of tools and strategies to practice with greater comfort and ease.
